Superior Tradelines (.com) Review Summary:
Superior Tradeline Reviews are limited, so we’ve dedicated this page to digging in a bit deeper. Superior Tradelines, LLC is based in Cape Canaveral, Florida (where the Shuttle used to go up). They actually have an office. One of the first things that caught my attention with Superior Tradelines was the amount of time they stayed on the phone with me. Oh, and they answered the phone the first time I called (this happened with NO other company). They answered all of my questions. Based on my experience in this industry, I can say that it was NOT a sales person, it was a “tradeline expert”. They know what they are talking about. The first time I talked to a guy named Robbie, and I found out through later research that he was the owner. So, that made sense that he was knowledgeable I wanted to talk to an employee, so I called back later. I talked to a guy named Mike, and he was just as knowledgeable. Their knowledge base was light years ahead of anyone else I talked to, and you can see this from their website as well. They are our highest recommendation, and you can see why below.
PROs and CONs:
- In business 3 years, no complaints.
- $10,000.00 surety bond.
- Trust account (escrow).
- Client Portal Access.
- Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
- They do not work with CPNs.
- You must qualify for their program.
- Tight policies that may bore you.
Superior Tradelines is in the middle of the road in terms of price. Their prices range between $600.00 and $1,600.00 for each tradeline, which like most companies with fluctuating price ranges, your price will depend on the length of history and the credit limit of each line purchased. They do have pretty drastic discounts depending on the amount of lines you purchase, and they seem to be pretty negotiable. I have them 4 stars on pricing, but this was due to what you get for the price, as opposed to merely reviewing what you pay.
Their prices depend on the tradeline purchased. If it’s a large limit, it’s more expensive. If its old, it’s more expensive. I supposed this directly correlates with the impact the line will have, because the larger and older the line, the more likely it will have a large impact on your credit score.
They use a system call VCheckSolutions, which is pretty cool and does not cost the consumer a penny. When companies use merchant accounts, they are charged fees. In “credit repair” related fields like tradelines, the fees are very expensive. These fees are usually just padded into your price as a consumer. So, by using the virtual check system, Superior Tradelines is actually saving you money (not much, but enough for us to point it out).
I have no information about their effectiveness, because I did not purchase tradelines from them (or anyone we reviewed, for that matter). However, given high quality of every other category I could rate them, generally, without purchase. It is safely assumed that they actually do what they say they are going to do. This is where we hope to generate ratings from visitors like you who have purchased from Superior Tradelines.
Out of all of the companies I talked to, Superior Tradelines was by far the most knowledgeable When I was talking to them, it felt as if they had the laws, regulations and every article every written about tradelines right in front of them. I challenge you to call them and see if there is a topic about which they are NOT knowledgeable… you will be amazed. I have been knowledgeable about tradelines for many years, and I actually learned things from speaking with them. Also, there is a ton of information on their website. Their website contains more information than Wikipedia. We have a policy here at TradelinesReview to never give a 5 star rating, because that means something is “perfect” and that’s impossible. However, I gave Superior Tradelines a 5 star rating in this sub category (Performance > Knowledge).
Superior Tradelines was established in the early part of 2010. However, they told me that they have been doing tradelines for nearly 5 years. I confronted them with this seemingly inconsistent information and they explained it to my satisfaction. The owners were in the real estate / mortgage industry and used tradelines all the time, before they started Superior Tradelines. I looked up the owners on sunbiz.org and one of the owners is a real estate agent, so this made sense to me. With 4 to 5 years of experience, and nearly 3 years in business, I’d say this is a history to rely upon.
One of the other areas of their business that stuck out to me is their proficiency and effectiveness. They have a really good website with client portals. They have some snap shots on their site showing how a lot of their process is managed by you and them using an online system. This, to me, suggests that they are at the top of their game in terms of efficiency.
According to their home page, they have 5 to 6 people on staff. This means, in theory, someone is going to answer the phone. In actuality, it does. They always answer the phone. In addition, they have a live chat feature. Considering most of the complaints I’ve found on other companies focus on communication and considering the fact that I found zero complaints about Superior Tradelines, it’s likely that they continue this communication once you become their client.
The staff is professional and to speak with them is a pleasure.
Unlike most tradeline companies, Superior Tradelines is actually a registered limited liability company in the State of Florida. In addition, they have a surety bond of $10,000.00 to comply with Florida statutes. They have also established a trust account where you place your money while until they’ve added the tradelines to your credit report. No other company has this combination of protection. In fact, no other company (that we know of in the tradeline world) is bonded or has a trust account.
I have not purchased tradelines from Superior, so I cannot predict how they would deliver, but based on the documents and facts I’ve gathered, it is likely that Superior Tradelines is a trustworthy company. Also, if they are not, they have a surety bond in place to go after (hint, hint). So, you have less to worry about with Superior, because you don’t even have to trust them, trust the steps they’ve taken to protect you as a consumer.
There are a few legitimate online review of Superior Tradelines. I automatically cross of the list anything that could be generated by the company themselves (such as tradelinebroker.com, piggybackingcredit.com, authorizedusercredit.com and a seasonedtradelines subdomain on their main site), so I stuck to Google Places, Botw, and other directories. All reviews we praise worthy and not a single disappointing.
Zero, nada, zip, zilch. Once of the reasons Superior Tradelines is our highest recommendation is the fact that they’ve been in business for years and somehow managed to maintain a record on the entire internet which does not contain a single complaint. When I first started researching them I did Google searches with their name followed by “scam” or “ripoff”, etc. When I came up empty-handed, I thought it was suspicious and unlikely. When I continued research on them, it seems it’s real. They simply add tradelines, specialize in it and have modified their business model to do it effectively.
While they say all over their website “we are not giving legal advice”, they seem to have a ton of legal information posted. Not just posted, but this information is spot on. Not only would this benefit a future client, but if I were to start a tradeline company, I’d be sitting on their website daily mirroring their success.
In terms of compliance, it seems they are a real stickler for local, state and federal law and regulation. So much so, that it probably cuts into their profit. So much so, that they will likely make you jump through hoops signing documents (for your protection and their protection).
Bottom line, Superior Tradelines is our highest recommendation. If you hire them and they do not serve you consistent with this review, please comment below so we can adjust this review accordingly.
